I already checked out rushcard before getting to this blog. You need a SSN number to get their card which means you must be a us resident.
Is there a way for non-us residents to get this card.?

HSBC Offshore (Jersey) wants you to believe that your personal data is safe and your banking details are confidential with them. . HSBC is selling its customers out. This blog blows the whistle.
